- Black Tea/Oolong Tea 60 - 90 mg

Instructions for Hot Tea:
Steep 1 tbsp. of Abundance in 10 oz. of water that was brought to a boil and removed from heat. Allow tea to steep for 6-7 minutes. Avoid over-steeping.

elderberries, echinacea, rose hips, osmanthus flower, chamomile blossoms scented with pure peach extract and cinnamon
